Has one bulb, one fan, but gets power bill of Rs 25000

Srikakulam: K Shanmukha Rao, a resident of Narsimha Naidu Colony in Rajam town had a shock of his life when he received his electric bill. 

His hous has just one fan, one bulb and a TV. But, the spot billing reading for the month stood at a staggering Rs 25910. A shell-shocked Rao tried to reason with the bill reading employee that his regular monthly bill is usually never more than Rs 200. 

But, the employee asked him to contact the higher authorities.
