Industrial park dedicated to women entrepreneurs coming up in Sultanpur

Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TSIIC) and Ficci Ladies Organisation (FLO) are planning to set up an industrial park dedicated to women entrepreneurs at Sultanpur.

In a first of its kind initiative in the country, the Industrial park is spread over 50 acres. 

Industries Minister KT Rama Rao even handed over the and allotment letters to 18 women entrepreneurs. They will set up their units that include packaging, electronics and electrical, handloom, medical devices, food processing, furniture and general engineering in the industrial park. The investments through the industrial park are estimated to a tune of Rs 150 crore in the first phase, which will generate employment.
