Rahul Gandhi attacks PM

Rahul Gandhi also attacked the government over the India-France Rafale defence deal. He said that while the Defence Minister had said that there was a secrecy pact with France on the Rafale deal, he had personally met the French President and asked him if any such pact existed, upon which the latter clearly said that there was no such pact. 

Defence Minister said there is secrecy pact with France on Rafale deal. I personally met President of France and asked him if any such pact existed, he clearly said there is no pact: Rahul Gandhi in Lok Sabha.
