Flipkart Data Centre to come up in Hyderabad Soon

Popular e-commerce site Flipkart is all set to start its operations soon in Hyderabad. In a meeting with IT minister KT Rama Rao at his camp office on Tuesday, the Flipkart CEO Kalyan Krishnamurthy has discussed of extending its operations in the city which provides job opportunities to the people.

It is learned that the Flipkart is going to set up its largest data centre. Cheering up the unemployed youth in the city, the IT minister shared the news on his Twitter handle. "Glad that @Flipkart will be opening their largest Data centre in Hyderabad soon 😊 We also discussed number of other potential opportunities to explore in Telangana," the tweet read.

Earlier in a meeting with Whatsapp CEO Chris Daniels, KTR pitched an idea of setting up a customer service operations centre of WhatsApp in Hyderabad to which Chris Daniels responded positively.
