'Anthem' to come up in Hyderabad
Hyderabad: Anthem healthcare services which is based in the US is set to start its operations in Hyderabad providing employment to around 2000 people in the state.
"Hyderabad has good human resources like the policy of the state government in issuing permissions, development of IT sectors, innovating policies like skill and development training and so on," the company said.
Anthem has been allocated 2.5 lakh sq ft office space in the city to set up the operations, it is learned.
Meanwhile, the IT minister KT Rama Rao welcomed the Anthem to Hyderabad saying, "Happy to welcome @AnthemInc the second largest healthcare services provider globally to Telangana's capital Hyderabad. Anthem is foraying into Hyderabad leasing 2,50,000 sq ft of SEZ space. The proposed facility will employ about 2,000 employees."

Hyderabad already has the largest global healthcare services provider United Health Group which commenced its operations in the city four years ago.
