Telangana elections: KCR is keen on taking over all seats in Nalgonda district

It seems that KCR is eyeing on all the seats of Nalgonda in the forthcoming elections and wants to dethrone the opposition Congress party which is holding numerous assembly seats from the district. 

TPCC chief Uttam Kumar, CLP former leader Janareddy, Komatireddy Venkat Reddy have been winning their seats from a few years. The  Congress party bagged six assembly seats from Nalgonda in last elections and one assembly seat was jointly won by Congress and CPI. The Congress even hold its power on municipalities in the district along with the post of ZP chairman. 

It is learned KCR has chosen the district aiming to get all the assembly seats in the upcoming elections. Congress and TRS party will wage an election war in the district as the two parties have almost an equal number of seats.

Meanwhile, this is the third public meeting of TRS which aimed to hold 50 public meetings in 100 days.

The government whip Palla Rajeshwar Reddy is overseeing the arrangements of the meeting which will start around 3 pm today.
