Minister's photos yet to be removed from state govt. websites

As the model code of conduct was in force from September 27, the EC has ordered to remove all the images of the chief minister and other ministers from the government websites. 

While the images of CM and IT minister has been removed from a few websites, photos of the ministers still exist on some websites like revenue, school education and transport. 

An order pertaining to the removal of images from the official website of government departments has been passed, said Konatham Dileep, director of Digital Media, Information Technology, Electronics & Communications department said.  

Meanwhile, the GHMC on Sunday removed all the posters and banners from the city on the orders of EC.
