TPCC chief Uttam Kumar Reddy attacked TRS government for not aiding the farmers who committed suicide in Telangana.

"Over 4,500 farmers committed suicide in Telangana and none of the leader from TRS consoled the families of the deceased farmers but Rahul Gandhi all the way from Delhi visited Nirmal to console them," said Uttam.

Uttam also exuded the confidence of emerging victorious in the ensuing elections.

Coming down heavily, Uttam lambasted that TRS party has betrayed the Dalits, Backward Classes and minority communities.

He also promised to waive Rs 2 lakh farmer loan across Telangana if voted to power.

"One lakh jobs will be created in the state if Congress comes to power," Uttam said. He also said of providing pension of Rs 3000 to 10 lakh unemployed youth in the state.

He also promised to hike pension from Rs 1000 to Rs 2000 for the widow, single and senior citizens in the state and for disabled people from Rs 1500 to Rs 3000.
