Lovers stab themselves after argument in Hyderabad

Following an argument, lovers stabbed themselves late on Thursday at Jubilee Hills. 

G. Ganesh (20) and G. Shilpa (18), who hails from Bhainsa in Adilabad are residing at separate hostels in Yousufguda and undergoing a training at Self employment programme. Ganesh and Shilpa knew to each other from Class 8 and are in a relationship for some time. 

The duo had gone to their homes for Dasara festival and returned to the city a few days ago. On Thursday night around 11.00 pm, the two had a quarrel with others near the hostel premises and Ganesh stabbed himself after it. 

Shilpa too stabbed herself with the same knife. Hearing their screams, the inmates rushed them to Prime Hospital in Ameerpet. The health condition of the both is stable.

A case has been registered by the police.
