Not Dharma Poratam, this is Adharma Poratam: Srikanth Reddy
YSR Congress Party senior leader and MLA Gadikota Srikanth Reddy said that AP CM Chandrababu Naidu was waging Adharma Poratam (unethical war) not Dharma Poratam (ethical war).
Speaking to mediapersons on Wednesday, the Rayachoty MLA said that Chandrababu’s dharma poratam was misleading and was aimed at covering up his acts of omission and commission. He said that to mobilize people for the protests of Chandrababu Naidu, the RTC was sending its buses. This would only cause more losses to the state transport corporation. He said Rs 40 crore worth of public money was spent on Chandrababu Naidu’s programme. Yet, Chandrababu did not refer to any of the problems that the people were facing. The programmes are being used only for muck-raking and blind criticism of the political rivals. He said not just Chandrababu, but his sycophants too were busy slamming the rivals. He said that Chandrababu was trying to dupe the youth and farmers through his sweet talk.
The four decades of Chandrababu rule is a saga of trampling law, ethics and morals. Chandrababu is adept in illegal activities and unethical practices. He said Chandrababu visited Kadapa recently. Instead of talking about the problems of the farmers during the Kharif season or about the drought stalking the district, Chandrababu spent the time only in criticizing YS Jagan. He had no time for the people of the district. He spent time only in criticizing his rivals. “Is this dharma poratam?” asked Srikanth Reddy.
