OnePlus' R&D centre to come up in Hyderabad
The second largest mobile phone in India in terms of sale, OnePlus India will soon set up its research and development centre in Hyderabad which will provide job opportunity to 300 people.
With respect to the move, the company made an official announcement through Twitter stating, "We are excited to open a local R&D centre in Hyderabad to work more closely with our Indian community and network of partners. #OnePlus6TLaunch."

Responding to the tweet, Telangana industries minister KT Rama Rao said that they have made right choice choosing Hyderabad for the development centre. "Welcome to Hyderabad @OnePlus_IN

Before choosing Hyderabad for the research centres, a team of company officials are learned to have visited Hyderabad and Bengaluru searching right location for it and was impressed with facilities and incentives extended to IT companies by the Telangana government.
