Police seize Rs 19 lakh unaccounted cash during vehicle check in Chevella

  The police on Wednesday seized Rs 19,74,200 from a man at Antharam Gate check-post in Chevella.

The man, Ramesh Kumar Dube (33) was caught with the money by the police during a vehicle check. As there are no documents pertaining to the money transport, the police recovered the cash and handed over to returning officer of Chevella.

The money will be further handed over the Income Tax department. 

The Telangana police have restricted the money flow in the state in the view of ensuing assembly elections in the state.
