Judge V Vara prasad has sent to Chenchalguda jail after 14 days remand

  ACB found Rs 3 crore assets in searches

LB Nagar Fourteenth Additional District Judge Vaidya Vara Prasad remanded to 14 days remand and has sent to Chenchalguda jail in the morning hours on Thursday. Earlier the ACB officials after doing searches in his houses at different places at 4 am in the morning produced him before the Magistrate.

The officials did searches at a time in nine places in Telangana and Maharashtra in connection with a disproportionate assets (DA) case booked against him. They found Rs 3 crore assets during the search operations.

They carried out searches at the residences of him at Gaddiannaram in Saroornagar and Izzathnagar in Kondapur. They also searched in the houses of his relatives and associates at four places in Hyderabad and  three places in Sircilla and two places in Maharashtra.

Earlier  the High Court received a complaint against him, which was after preliminary enquiry issued orders to ACB to register DA case against him. Following the orders the ACB booked the case and took up investigation.
