In a separate incidents 5 people killed by drowning in the water

Kadapa: In a separate incidents occurred at Talamudipi of Galiveedu mandal and Butchina palle village of Badvel mandal 5 boys were killed by drowning in the water on Friday. The deceased were identified as Muhammad Rafi (10), SK.Khajir (8), SK Muhammad(12),SK. Subhan (12) of Talamudi village Galiveedu mandal, A.Nagendra (9) of Butchana palle village Badvel mandal in the district.

According to the sources 5 boys of Talamudi village went for swimming Talamudipi tank on Friday afternoon. Among them SK Imran was staying on the bank of tank while others were went in to the water for swim.

Sources disclosed that despite here was no deep water witnessing in the tank but they  drowned after went few yards because big holes occurred due to  digging of sand in the tank. SK imran who noticed the incident ran to the village informed matter to the villagers. Police and fire officials rushed to the spot recovered the dead bodies from the tank  around 5.30pm. Pall of gloom descended over the village following death of four boys. Meanwhile A.Nagendra (12) of Butchina palle met with water grave after he went for swimming in the tank located near the temple in the village on the occasion of Karthika Pournami.
