Why secret GOs, asks Vijayasai Reddy

Update: 2018-11-29 15:39 IST

YSRCP senior leader and Rajya Sabha MP V Vijayasai Reddy launched a frontal attack on CM Chandrababu Naidu and his son and minister Nara Lokesh. He likened Lokesh to famed film character Chitti Naidu.

Charging Chandrababu Naidu and Lokesh with trying to protect former Central Minister Sujana Chowdary, who has been charged with fleecing the banks to the tune of several thousands of crores, he said Sujana was made Rajya Sabha member for two terms and was made a Central minister despite Narendra Modi's fierce opposition.

This shows how important Sujana Chowdary is in the TDP scheme of things. He said the fact that despite being the CM of a small state, Chandrababu Naidu was able to fund the Congress to a tune of Rs 1000 crore for the five-state elections tells a lot about his riches.

He said Chandrababu Naidu was being ably supported by the caste-based newspapers in the state. He termed Chandrababu Naidu as a scourge for the people of Andhra Pradesh.

Vijayasai Reddy also sought to know why the Government was trying to hide the slew of GOs it is issuing. He said the Government released 36 GOs in one week, but did not upload 33 of them.

"Why this secrecy? This is like a robber running away with the CC TV camera footage after committing a robber," he said.
