Telangana assembly elections 2018: EC declares public holiday on polling day

  The Election Commission declared public holiday tomorrow i.e, on the polling day to record maximum voter turnout at the polling booths. 

With EC declaring it as the public holiday, the voter can visit the polling booth at their leisure time and cast the vote. On the other hand, the employees in the state are planning to enjoy the weekend on the very next day of the polling.

Meanwhile, the EC has made elaborate arrangements at the polling centres by deploying tight security.
