Man collapses at polling booth due to cardiac arrest, dies

  An elderly man collapsed in a polling booth after he suffered a cardiac arrest. He died while being shifted to a hospital.

Seema Narasimha (50), who is a native of Chityal mandal of Nalgonda district went to polling booth no. 18 in Gudrampally to exercise his vote. He collapsed in the polling booth and died while shifting to a hospital.

Expressing grief over the incident, former MLA Vemula Veeresham announced financial help to the deceased family.
