Online friend Cheats Youth, Arrested

An Online friend has been arrested  for cheating  youth by luring the latter with an offer  of digital camera by half of its price. 

Bengaluru native Sayyed Purkhan befriended with Vijaywada citizen Naga Chaitanya through Whatsapp.  

Khan gave an offer to Chaitanya that an High end camera is available at the cost of Rs 60,000 against the original price of Rs 1.50 lakh. 

He asked Chatinya to transfer Rs 30, 000 to  his bank account through online and the remaining Rs 30,000 after the delivery of camera. 

After the said amount was transferred,  khan switched off his phone and did not come into contact. 

Realising he was deceived,  Chaitanya lodged a complaint. Based on it,  police launched hunt and arrested the cheater who has been remanded in judicial custody.
