Prabhas case: Counter affidavit filed by Telangana govt

 The Telangana revenue officials on Monday filed a counter affidavit as directed by High Court in Prabhas land case. After receiving the counter plea, the court adjourned the hearing to December 31. The revenue officials in the plea explained as to why they have seized 2,083 square feet land with survey number 5/3 belonging to Prabhas in Panmaktha village, Raidurgam of Serilingampally.

Prabhas on Wednesday moved a lunch motion petition after his land was seized by the revenue officials. The case which came to hearing on Friday adjourned to December 31 directing the state government to file counter affidavit.
