Three persons killed on the spot, another three injured at Timmapuram

• Car collides with tractor on NH at Timmapuram

Guntur : Three persons including two women were killed on the spot, another three persons injured, when the car in which they were travelling collided with a car tractor on the National Highway-5,  at Timmapuram under Nadendla mandal of Guntur district on Monday mid-night. 

According to police,deceased Tangella Anasuya, 39, her daughter Vejendla Jayasri, 19, and Srikanth along with another three persons who were injured in the accident were returning from Yadavalli near Chilakaluripet after attending  Srimantham function of their relatives.

When the Tavera car in which they were travelling reached near Timmapurm, due to snow falling, the car going on high speed, collided with a tractor. 

Tangella Anasuya,  Vejendla Jayasri and Srikanth died on the spot. Remaining three persons travelling in the car seriously injured, they have been shifted to the GGH for treatment. 

The police registered the case and took up investigation.
