More supermarket fined Rs 1 lakh for draining water onto road
A more supermarket of Banjara Hills branch was fined Rs 1 lakh by GHMC for draining water on to the road and causing damage to them.
The GHMC central zone commissioner Musharaf Farooqi on Thursday imposed fine on the supermarket and said that they have kept an eye on the bungalows in colonies and will impose fine for letting water onto roads. Musharaf also said that they will not leave any public organisations for causing damage to the public property.

On December 18, the GHMC imposed Rs 2 lakh penalty on Apollo Hospitals, Jubilee Hills for releasing water which caused damage to the roads.
