CBI books case on 3 court employees in the Ayesha Meera case

 Vijayawada:CBI officials booked a case on three civil court employees on Saturday in connection with destroying evidence and records in the sensational Ayesha Meera case.

The B Pharmacy student was brutally raped and murdered in womens hostel in Ibrahimpatnam in December 2007. The High Court recently handedover the case to CBI after the Vijayawada police and Special Investigation team (SIT) failed to arrest the real culprit. The CBI swung into action and hastened the probe. It booked  case on three court employees and intensified the investigation into the case
