TSRTC to run 3,600 special buses for Sankranti

The Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) will run 3,600 special buses for Sankranti across the Telangana and neighbouring states besides operating 3,500 buses from existing fleet.

According to TSRTC regional manager for Rangareddy, E Yadagiri, the special buses are being run from MGBS, JBS, CBS, Uppal crossroads and LB Nagar. Heavy rush is speculated from January 11 (Friday) to January 13 (Sunday) and the passengers are expected to leave to their native places on either Friday evening or Saturday.

The TSRTC has also arranged special staff at all the key points in the city to avoid inconvenience to the passengers.
