Rs 4 cores worth developmental works executed in chennam Raju palle

Kadapa: The Chennam Raju palli a remote village in Proddaturu mandal is not having even basic infrastructure facilities as students forced to go for Proddaturu for pursuing even upper primary education. APSRTC not able to run its services to this village following lack of proper road facility as the people have  to walk about 2KM  up to cross roads like Nakkapalle Gopavaram to pick up the buses or auto rickshaws  in emergency conditions.

In this circumstances when the local leaders brought the issues to the notice of the chief minister N.Chandra Babu naidu during his Nava Nirmana Deeksha last year June, he immediately sanctioned about total  Rs 4 crores worth various development works like upper primary school, community hall, roads, drinage, temple, church, Solid Wealth Processing Center, Pakka houses for 110 beneficiaries as people of chennam Raju palle enjoying fruits of development with the remote village was transformed like semi urban.

As part of this initiative district Collector cH.Harikiran along with Proddaturu TDP in charge N.Varada Rajula Reddy organized 6th phase of Janma bhoomi-Maa Oovuru in the village on Monday. On this occasion they laid foundation stone for construction Upper Primary school cost at 78.50lakhs, construction of church with estimated cost of Rs 11.30lakhs construction of BT road between Chennam Raju Palle, Nakkala Palle, Chinnamma Raju Palle to Gopavaram cost at Rs 1.20 crores.

Speaking the occasion Proddaturu in chaerge N.Varada Rajula Reddy said for several years people of chennam Raju palle facing hurdles due to lack of infrastructure facilieties.  Now they need not face such difficulties as the government has sanctioned all the works assured by chief minister during his Nava Nirmana deeksha.

District Collector CH.Harikiran said administration is going to distribute 15acres of land to the 10 SC beneficiaries for each one and a half acre  under land purchase scheme in the village. On this occasion officials have distributed various assets to the beneficiaries.
