TITA Global, Telangana Working Committee announced
Hyderabad: Telangana Information Technology Association (TITA) announced today its Global Working Committee and Telangana Working Committee.
In a press meet held at Somajiguda Press Club, Returning Officers C Vittal and Ashwin Chandra unveiled the names of the committee members. These committees are going to serve for the 2019-22 term.
The association has recently announced the committees for overseas chapters, State chapters within India and district chapters. The Global Committee has the power to take global decisions, deal with visa matters, organising meets globally, and takes responsibility of solving problems besides encouraging NRIs to take activities that benefit the home State and nation such as adoption of villages for digital literacy, promotion innovation and incubation in academia.
Telangana Committee will be responsible for all the decisions for the activities planned for the State, where the association took its birth. The committee will coordinate with other committees for the development activities planned on Telangana including welfare of the techies and aspects such as digital literacy initiatives rolled out in the State.
Both the Global and Telangana Working Committees are expected to meet twice every year. The newly formed committees will hold the first meeting on January 19 in Gymkhana Club.
Speaking on the occasion TITA global president Sundeep Kumar Makthala said the association has completed a key stage with the selection of both Global and Telangana Working Committees. The committees will now work towards the expansion of association activities.
