Political story on Badvel
January 17 As part of initiative in finalizing the names of MLA candidates chief minister N.Chandra Babu naidu has reportedly decided to induct ND Vijaya Jyothi in the fray from Badvel SC constituency in ensuing elections.
After securing confidential report from his own intelligence net work Chandra babu naidu in the recent constituency wide internal meetings indicated the ne of ND Vijaya Jyothi as a candidate for constituency by replacing sitting MLA Tiru Veedhi Jayaramulu. Sources disclosed that CM might have announces her name in the first list issued very shortly.
It may be recalled that ND Vijaya Jyothi native of Kalasapadu mandal in Badvel constituency was the manager of Andhra Pradesh Grameena Bank. She had unsuccessfully contested from Badvel Assembly segment on TDP ticket lost the election with the margin of 9,200 votes in the hands of YSR Congress MLA Tiruveedhi Jayaramulu in 2014 elections.
However in view of protecting her political interest CM has offered her one of the members in Yogi Vemana University (YVU) executive body presently she is playing active role in the political affairs of Badvel constituency. On this occasion chief minister recalled that ND Vijaya Jyothi has sacrificed her bank manager post in the interest of party and she had played active role in the Badvel for the development of party.
The situation turned favorable to ND Vijaya Jyothi following widening of differences between Bandvel MLA T.Jayaramulu with party constituency in charge P.Vijayamma, marketing minister C.Adinarayana Reddy on various issues including absenting the district level party coordination meetings, separately conducting hunger strike without consent of party related to expressing solidarity to the Dharmaporata Deeksha held by Chnadra babu naidu on 20th March last year. These reasons including failure of MLA in maintaining good rapport with the constituency as the local leadership recommended party high command to initiate disciplinary action against him.
When contacted by Hans India a senior on the condition of anonymity admitted that there was lacking coordination between MLA and local leadership as chief minister is having confidential report over the issue.
