Couple commit suicide after parents refuse their marriage in Asifabad

A couple committed suicide on Saturday after their parents refused to give permission for their marriage in Wankidi of Kumaram Bheem Asifabad district.

Bharat (22) and Gourubai (18) both the residents of Mahagaon village have failed to convince their parents for marriage. Unable to bear the separation, the girl committed suicide by consuming pesticide. On learning Gourubai's suicide, Bharat too committed suicide.

The two died while undergoing treatment at a hospital. The police registered a case and are probing.
