Language Pandits, PETs posts upgraded as School Assistants
Hyderabad: Telangana Government has decided to upgrade the posts of secondary grade language pandits and PETs as School Assistants Posts.
Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao has signed on the file pertaining to the upgradation of the posts on Tuesday. He has promised to upgrade the posts of Secondary grade language pandits in the World Telugu Conference and now the Chief Minister has fulfilled the promise. With this effect, the posts of Secondary Grade 2 pandits posts will be ceased in Telangana. Thousands of language pandits are benefited with this decision.
Teacher MLCs expressed their happiness over the decision of government issuing orders pertaining to the upgradation of the language pandits. Government Chief Whip Paturi Sudhakar Reddy, MLCs Pula Ravinder, Janardhan Reddy, Poet and writer Deshpathi Srinivas met the Chief Minister in Pragathi Bhavan and expressed their thanks. They said that CM has fulfilled long lasting desire of the language pandits and said that it is memorable decision in the field of education.
