Madhulika who injured in knife attack off ventilator

Madhulika who was grievously injured by a stalker and has been undergoing treatment at Yashoda Hospitals was weaned off the ventilator on Saturday.

Her health condition is stated to be stable by the doctors. "She has undergone five surgeries in her brain due to serious head injuries and will be given better treatment without getting infected," said the doctors.

Madhulika was attacked with a sickle by a stalker Bharath after she rejected his love proposal. She suffered multiple injuries in her brain was admitted to Yashoda Hospitals.
