 Srikakulam:Low turnout of devotees witnessed at Arasavalli Sun god temple on the eve of RadhaSapthami festival today. In the wake of excess conditions of the police devotees feared to visit the temple premises. Endowment and revenue officials offered prayers by handing over Pattu Vastrams.
