Pulwama attack : Suicide bomber's family gives different stories to different media

Suicide bomber Adil Ahmad Dar's dastardly suicide attack on CRPF jawans shocked the world. However, opposing statements made by his father Gulam Dar have created confusion.  

His father claims that he had no idea about his son Adil Ahmad Dar's involvement in terror activities. However, earlier in a statement to Reuters, Gulam Dar and his wife Fahmeeda claimed his son was "beaten up and harassed" by the troops and that "he was angry and wanted to join the militants" after that.

Reuters stated it could not independently verify the two accounts, but contrasting claims made by Gulam Dar have created confusion about the sensitive matter.

Condolence messages have been pouring in for the family of the 40 deceased CRPF soldiers since the attack occurred.
