Sankara Eye Hospital Salutes the spirit of women by felicitating women achievers

Bangalore: On the occasion of International Women’s day, Sankara Eye Hospital expressed their heartfelt gratitude by felicitating women achievers for their contribution towards the activities that has helped Sankara to be recognised as the best eye care organisation.

Four women achievers were felicitated by Dr. Pallavi Joshi, Senior Consultant Cornea Department, Sankara Eye Hospital for their commitment and valuable contribution towards the success of the hospital.

Woman achievers shared their journey and inspirational stories with the people gathered., Ms. Poornima- Surya Foundation, Ms. Sarasa Vasudevan-Mother Pizza, Ms. Poornima Jagannath-Iron Mountain, Ms Jayanti Venkatachalam-Sai Ashraya Foundation were felicitated for their achievements.

Speaking at the occasion Dr. Pallavi Joshi, Senior Consultant Cornea Department, Sankara Eye Hospital said “We feel it is essential to honour and celebrate the undying spirit of women. This is an initiative to bring together women from diverse backgrounds and felicitate them for their contribution towards the hospital”.
