Red wine to boost your oral health

Yes! Take a glass of red wine every day to boost up your oral hygiene. It has numerous health benefits says studies.

After analysing the affect of polyphenols, that is the antioxidants found in Red Wine, Spanish chemists found that exposure to such compounds can help prevent bacteria from sticking to the gums that would normally lead to cavities and plaque. Scientists from the Spanish National Research Council Madrid examined the oral health benefits of two types of red wine polyphenols.

Both were successful in preventing harmful microbes from sticking to the gums which could lead to gum disease and tooth decay.

Yogurt a day keeps heart disease away 

Daily intake of yogurt has been associated with reduced risk of cardiovascular disease, a recent study has claimed.

The study, published in American journal of Hypertension, sought to investigate whether increased consumption of yoghurt could benefit adults with hypertension.

Later the team analysed two cohorts of participants, all of whom were classified as having high blood pressure. 55,898 female participants aged between 30 and 55 years old who enrolled in the NHS in 1980  were assessed, while 18,232 male participants aged between 40 and 75 years old who enrolled in the health professionals follow up study in 1986 were included. 

According to the study's comprehensive findings consuming more yoghurt can decrease your likelihood of experiencing heart disease later in life.

The participants who had two servings of yoghurt a week were noted as having a 20% reduced chance of suffering from congenital heart disease or strokes in future.

Sweet delight
fried bananas with a dash of cinnamon 

2 large bananas 
Cut them into slices
1/2 tbsp cinnamon powder
1 tbsp butter 
2 tbsp honey 

Melt the cinnamon powder butter and honey in a frying pan over a medium high heat until well combined. 

Add the banana slices and cook for around four to five minutes or until the bottoms begin to caramelise and turn golden brown 

You can now adjust the temperature and cooking time as needed so that the banana slices don't burn. 

Flip all the banana pieces and cook for a few more minutes. Until the other side too turns crisp and golden brown.

Now serve them immediately over pancakes or French toast, or ice cream of your choice.

The pain is like an alarm, which should urge one to investigate the cause of the problem. Painful intercourse may lead to physical and psychological problems, and which may end up complications in a relationship.

When there's no protection 
At times one doesn't feel comfortable having sex without a condom. You have all rights to turn your partner down. Don't feel guilty about saying no, because having unprotected sex under duress is neither pleasurable nor safe, for either of you. One should talk about why you are not comfortable about unprotected sex. Help him understand how you feel. Try to come up with a way to avoid this situation in the future.
