Q. I went in a few dates with a really sweet guy, but Iam still just not feeling him. Is it ok to let him down via text?

A.    Just so you know, after a few months, most men prefer a face-to-face break up. But after a few dates, a text line is fine. To say buh bye, be kind, clear and brief: you’re a nice guy, but I just don’t think we’re the best match. Take care. And no, this is not the time to add an emoji or GIF to lighten the blow. It won’t make him feel better about being dumped, and it may even lead him to think that you never took him seriously in the first place

Q. My Man never, cries. Is that normal?

A.    The guy who never cries is a cliche for a reason. Plenty of men still view their own waterworks as a sign of weakness, so they flight the urge to break down. Others are accustomed to taking on the role of fixers and problem solvers, so they turn off their emotions when a crisis hits. If this bothers you, remember that shedding tears isn’t the only way to express feelings. Some people just process and show theirs differently. Tears are not, it’s much more important that your guy can talk honestly with you about how he feels.

Q. My husband struggles with social anxiety. I don’t want to pressure him into going out... but I also kinda do! What may convince him?

A. Make things as easy as possible for the hubs. Organise some small group hangs so that he can connect with a couple of your friends. That way, he’ll always know someone other than you when you want to roll on through to an office party a karaoke night, or a late night rager. If he sincerely can’t bring himself to go out, don’t let that stop you. Couples don’t have to do everything together.
