The stress in your life is because of the way you respond not because of the way your life is. So learn to adjust your emotions.
Your life may be going through trauma but remember one thing that time will pass by. Be optimistic! Believe that great things are yet to come and there is so much to look forward to. Train your brain to see the best in everything. Sometimes you know the cause and what is wrong. It’s better to just let things the way they are, don’t ask for explanations, don’t chase for answers and don’t expect people to understand you. Feel everything but don’t let it rule you. Not everyone in your life will make it to your future. Some of them just pass through to teach you in life.
There might be many things happening around you, don’t take everything personally. Don’t allow people to make you think there is something wrong with you. If someone treats you bad, remember that there is something wrong with them, not you. Don’t devalue yourself just because they didn’t value you. The only way to be happy in your life is when you find the courage to let go of what you can’t change.
