Help rural children secure admission

Update: 2018-11-22 05:30 IST

The Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti has given notification inviting   fresh admission into 6th class in JNV schools (through online application) for  the students  studying 5th class in  Hyderabad region  comprising  southern states including Telangana and Andhra Pradesh  for the Academic year 2018-19.

However the students are mostly from rural areas in the districts are unable to fill the requisite admissions online due to parents lack of online knowledge procedure.

Therefore, I request Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti authorities to kindly help the parents to submit the applications in person to the respective JNVS schools located in the district.

This will certainly helpful to the rural school children to get chance for admission as per intake of 80 seats in each institution.

The district administration authorities should also initiate the action as special drive in this regard   and help the students to get the admissions fully as per the intake in every JNVS schools in each district.

In this context it is noted here that thousands of students in the in rural areas particularly SCs, STs OBCs and other economically poor persons will be benefited if  the new JN Vidyalayas, are established in rural districts. - P Narahari, Hyderabad
