People forgot Special category status

People of Andhra Pradesh almost forgot over special category status (SCS) as all parties are cheated us in this aspect.

So fresh assurances regarding SCS positive or negative may not be issue in coming elections and Telangana leader, KT Rama Rao announcement that he will poke finger AP elections may not get positive response.
