Congress is being amateurish

This has reference to 'Cong to greet PM with black flags' in THI dt.21-12-18. What message does Raghuveera Reddy want to give to young citizens through his statements? Isn't he aware of the fact that the very problem relating to SCS to Andhra Pradesh is created by his own part?

By not including this provision in the A.P.State Reorganisation Bill, the Congress party cheated people in its own way. Now the same party leaders are lamenting the plight of AP people. Reddy is provoking students by asking them to raise slogans in favour of SCS. Leaders should behave in a dignified manner at least when they are interacting with students.
