UBI cannot enhance social dignity

It is reference to the issue raised on Universal Basic Income  to marginal sections ranging from Rs.7,000 to 18000 highlighting minimum basic income  is the issue to discuss at wide spectrum .the economic survey 2016-17 report clearly put forward the idea of basic income  but the present social and economic scenario at rural areas have got drastic change. 

With wide variations projecting socio economic inequalities from place to place the scope of inequalities cannot be answered with universal basic income at the same time universal  basic income guarantee  cannot enhance social and personal dignity of an individual it involves many factors like providing education , employment and decent standard of living are very much essential for marginal sections of the people simply giving basic income cannot answer all the problems of the poor households .

Therefore it is a high time to have constructive discussions whether basic income guarantee is important or creative a productive resourceful environment that make poor households to generate their income on or above basic income is to be taken into consideration otherwise universal basic income is a  myth rather a productive effort .
