Pathetic service of SBI

We are maintaining our Bank accounts with State Bank of India since several decades. The services of the bank are going from bad to worse day after day. We have opted for MODS/Autosweep facility in our accounts wherein we get excess benefit of interest than SB account. 

The same is not functioning since 4-5 months. Our repeated complaints to the SBI did not yield any result. Several online complaints and mails to the SBI CGM LHO Hyderabad and  it's Chairman also have no effect. I posed the matter in their Twitter account also which are going to the dust bin.

I hereby request SBI to correct their lapses immediately besides making good of loss failing which I would be constrained to knock the doors of Banking Ombudsman and Honourable Court for justice and to claim compensation for the Deficiency in Service of the bank under Section 12 of Consumer Protection Act 1986.
