Hand over the case to CBI

 The most important issue is the data in question is of individual citizens. It is neither the property of TDP nor CBN or even of the government. Who is Prasad of this IT Grids? Is he an authorised agent of government of A. P. Was there any MoU. between the Government of A P and the IT Grids. Why is he absconding from investigation?. Who is behind him?. The issue is of very serious nature.

The Election Commission and the Aadhar authorities should be consulted immediately and the case entrusted to the CBI for impartial investigation and necessary action and safeguard the fundamental rights of the citizens. Personal involvement of CBN  and KTR. in this issue and making personal attacks on each other through the media is not good for either of them or the governments of A P and TS.
