Vice President Venkaiah Naidu's footwear goes missing at BJP MP's residence
Shoes and slippers getting stolen from temples and fairs is an aspect many are aware of but it came as an embarrassment when the shoes of the Vice President of India went missing while he was visiting a BJP MP’s residence in Bengaluru.
Vice President Venkaiah Naidu along with Union minister Sadananda Gowda, Karnataka MLAs CT Ravi and Jagadish Shettar and other BJP ministers were attending a Breakfast meeting with Bengaluru MP, PC Mohan.
However, his footwear went missing from the residence of a BJP MP while the meeting was taking place.
The guards and staff looked for it but with a huge crowd gathering near the residence to meet the Vice President, the shows getting exchanged was a possibility.
Immediately, the VP’s aides rushed to a nearby showroom to pick up a new pair of shoes.
