Modi invokes NTR in Parliament

Even as the MPs from Andhra Pradesh continued their protests in Parliament, Prime Minister Narendra Modi continued his reply to the resolution on Presidential address. He reminded the TDP of the conditions that prevailed when NTR had entered politics. 

He said the TDP was born from the angst of the common man. He said the Congress has treated the Telugu people like dirt and resorted to several irregularities. He reminded that the TDP was born out of the anger of the Telugus.

Modi’s hard-hitting reply left the Congress squirming in its seat. The Congress continued to shout all through Modi’s speech.
