This MLA cleans toilets with bare hands

​Rewa (Madhya Pradesh): Meet Janardan Mishra, an MLA from Madhya Pradesh, who believes in practising what he preaches. For this BJP MLA from Rewa district, Swachch Bharat is no mere slogan.

When he came to know that the toilet in a Government school was clogged and the officials were doing nothing about it, he went to the school and cleaned the toilet himself. He used his bare hands to clear the clog. The video grab of the MLA cleaning the toilet with bare hands shows him bending over the pot and remove the soil from it. Later, he pours water to ensure that the pot has been unclogged. He also swept the streets of Rewa on the same day.

The MLA is also known to clip the nails of the unkempt school boys in Government schools. At a school in Nayi Garhi, he found that some students did not have their shower. He explained the importance of having a bath and bathed some students himself.
