Arrested AAP MLAs sent to judicial custody

New Delhi: A Delhi Court on Wednesday sent the two Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLAs, accused of manhandling Delhi Chief Secretary Anshu Prakash, to judicial custody till Thursday.
The court dismissed the Police's application seeking their custody.
The AAP MLAs Prakash Jarwal and Amantullah are one of the accused named in the FIR lodged by Prakash.
They were arrested by Delhi Police earlier in the day.
On Tuesday, the Chief Secretary lodged a police complaint alleging he was manhandled at Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's residence by AAP lawmakers.
