The investigating agency is likely to seek permission from the Special CBI Court Unnao to allow Sengar’s potency test. While BJP MLA was under its remand, the CBI had gone to the King George’s Medical University and also at Lohia Hopsital for Sengar’s potency test but the same was not available at both hospitals.

Now the investigating agency is planning to file an application in the court to seek permission for allowing Sengar to be taken to SGPGI in Lucknow or AIIMS in Delhi for conducting the potency test on the arrested BJP MLA.

In the past 15 days, the CBI has collected adequate material evidences, documents and recorded statements of all accused, victim and her family members. It is now busy in piecing together sequence of  events leading to rape of the victim and murder of her father to draft  status report which will be submitted at the Allahabad High Court on May 2.
