Tremors in Punjab, Haryana, Delhi

The quake measuring 6.2 on the Richter scale hit at about 4.15 p.m., a Met official said.An earthquake that had its epicentre in Afghanistan region was felt in Punjab, Haryana and Delhi, officials said.

The quake was felt at 4.15 p.m., a MeT Department official said. “It was of 6.2 magnitude.”

There were no reports of loss of life or damage to property, the officials said.
