New Delhi: Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia, along with his two cabinet colleagues, on Thursday met Lt Governor Anil Baijal and discussed various issues, including the AAP government's proposed doorstep delivery of ration scheme which is awaiting the LG's nod.

The meeting was held a day after Sisodia alleged that the L-G has not given appointment since Friday to him and two other ministers to discuss "important government" issues.

An official said that the deputy chief minister, Development Minister Gopal Rai and PWD Minister Satyendar Jain on Thursday met the Lt Governor.

The Delhi government's proposed doorstep delivery of ration scheme, which is awaiting the L-G's approval, was among other issues discussed in the meeting.

Sources said the ministers also sought the L-G's intervention to end the AAP government versus bureaucracy tussle following the alleged assault on Chief Secretary Anshu Prakash by AAP MLAs in February this year.

Since the alleged assault, bureaucrats have been boycotting meetings with ministers in solidarity with the chief secretary.

In a series of tweets on Wednesday, Sisodia asked Baijal where was he busy if he cannot give time to discuss public issues despite "repeated requests".

"Hon @LtGovDelhi sir! I have been requesting since Friday evening to your office for appointment.

Myself along with Gopal Rai and Satyendra Jain wanted to discuss important govt issues with you.

But you didn't give any appointment...(sic)," Sisodia had tweeted.
