“I won’t allow injustice to anyone”, says Rahul to Muslim leaders

NEW DELHI: Congress will take an inclusive approach for all sections of the society says Rahul Gandhi, the Congress President. On Wednesday, he said that his party was adopting a ‘soft-Hindutva’ agenda.

In Delhi, he assured the intellectuals that the Congress has no specific agenda for any particular religion and a section of the society.

They felt that the party is adopting ‘soft Hindutva’ approach to win Hindu votes by which the Muslims are feeling threatened. The intectualls shared this concern to Rahul. He assured them the party wouldn’t allow injustice to anyone. 

Priyanka Chaturvedi, spokesperson for Congress said, “Our doors are open for everybody.”

Rahul was asked to examine on party’s past and the working of Congress  in 1970’s when it talked about ‘inclusiveness’ and ‘Sajha virasaat’

Syeda Hameed, Salman Khursid, and Congress minority head Nadeem Javed and many more attended the meeting. For elections of Lok Sabha, the muslim intellectuals were gathered in the meeting as a part of the campaign.
