Delhi minister Rajendra Pal Gautam visits homes for beggars, mentally-challenged

New Delhi: Delhi Social Welfare Minister Rajendra Pal Gautam on Wednesday inspected Lampur Beggar Home and Aasha Deep Mentally Challenged Home at Narela to take stock of the facilities. 

According to a statement, the minister directed officials to refurbish and renovate the beggar home complex, popularly known as Sewa Sadan, within three months so that inmates from Asha Kiran, a rehabilitation home for mentally challenged, can be relocated here.
